First off, I don’t like Veoh. It’s annoying because it gives retarded 5 min previews and then most of the time you need to have their 3rd party application to show a video. That means I can’t just integrate it with my site, so all the movies that people upload there I ignore and do not try to link to. Fuck Veoh.
Secondly, why on earth would it want to delete shit on your computer? I could see it deleting videos that you have stored in that program because they delete the video from their site when they find out that it’s illegal. That would make sense. No video on veoh, no video in your veoh tv program.
Solution = Stop using the retarded thing.
A virous eh. I have never heard of one of those… But I can say that you have to be a total id10t to get anything but music when you download music. Is it an executable file? Then it’s not music. That’s it…. Just download actual music.
Download them… If you mean the DivX ones when they have fully buffered the video you can right click and choose save as and they will get written to wherever on your hard drive (though if you choose to save them as a .avi be sure to type blah.avi or else they won’t have file extensions).
The non-divx ones are a tad bit tougher, but I am not trying real hard to secure my code so I will tell you how to hack it.
View the page source of ripofftheater.php and you will see a bunch of < option > things. Inside them they have a bunch of crap like ?channel=http://bob.com/ That’s the part you want. To save space in my code (and also do a 302 redirect making it nearly untraceable where the video is being loaded from) It will typically be a tinyurl address. Well take from there up till the next & symbol and just copy and paste that into your browser. It will then popup asking you to Open or Save As and then you can just save the flv file to your hard drive.
I found a way to prevent people from doing this, but I decided that there was no reason not to just let people do whatever the fuck they want, maybe they will learn something by reading my sexy code.
Like every good pioneer I take somebody elses idea and I improve upon it. Here’s the skinny: I won’t upload a © movie. Why? Because I don’t feel like having a roommate named Bubba, as I had enough trouble having a roommate who didn’t go to jail for having sex with a farm yard animal (FYI: Live alone, do whatever the fuck you want… If you can afford this it’s the way to go). Since I don’t upload the movies it is quasi-ok for me to link to movies that other people uploaded since it’s the place that allowed the upload’s fault and they are the ones who have to do something about it. So eventually they will discover the nefarious content and remove it from their site.
Places where people upload a LOT of good content:
stage6.divx.com - This is where 99.93 % of all the DivX movies are hosted, they are quick to remove most of them but it looks SO good and streams so fast for big ass movies
veoh.com - Ok, so I hate veoh because most of the time you only get a 5 min preview and then you have to download the entire movie to watch it, and you need to watch it in their player. If you can get over that there are a ZILLION illegal movies on that site just waiting for people to watch them.
Megavideo.com - This ones new but I have seen a lot of good quality videos on here
Here’s the thing. There are countless sites where there are forums or something where people can list movies that they have found, and I was using them for awhile to find the new movies. I have found that most of those sites just link to whatever Joox.net is linking to. Joox is where people can just type a movie and it will add it to the site even without being verified, so I will look there to see if there is anything interesting that i haven’t found myself.
In a pinch if somebody makes a request I will go to tvlinks.co.uk. When you get there you will be overwhelmed by the apparent number of videos and full length tv series they have. However when you decide to grab a TV Series you get a little disappointed that only half of the series works. They have a broken link reporter and countless people who report things broken, yet they still don’t seem to clear off dead links but if you want something specific I would check there.
Everything else that show up in my flash player I grab from youtube. Why? Because I can get rid of their player with ease and they have EVERYTHING that’s under 10 mins. They also have anime that has been cut into 2 or 3 parts if you ever need something specific. That site is too big for them to police so if they delete the video you are linking to all you need to do is search the site again and you will find 5 more copies.
In a pinch and want something specific? Just google it. Type “Watch TypeMovieOrTVSeriesOrAnimeOrWhateverHere Online” and you will be amazed what you find. I am fairly confident that there is no anime or tv series that you can’t either watch online or download with a torrent on isohunt.com.
See the problem here lies in the fact that I’m not Indian, and you are. So, as I tend to do, will surely offend you with my answer.
Bollywood… What a joke. I mean all of the movies are about romance, or some kind of love dodecahedron that eventually ends in marriage. Ultimately if you want your movies to be about love you need to insert kissing, and then sex (unless the rumors are true that in Bollywood, one only needs to do the wild Vishnu dance to create babies)!!!
Then they never sounds good since it’s spoken in Hinglish (the sound Americans dread when they call up a Tech Support Line). There are too many songs and then what’s with every supporting character having a minimum of 327 back-up dancers !?!?

Arkansas: Seems this guy wanted some beer pretty badly. He decided that he’d just throw a cinder block through a liquor store window, grab some booze, and run. So he lifted the cinder block and heaved it over his head at the window.The cinder block bounced back and hit the would-be thief on the head, knocking him unconscious. Seems the liquor store window was made of Plexi-Glass. The whole event was caught on videotape.
I am a medical student currently doing a rotation in toxicology at the poison control center. Today, this woman called in very upset because she caught her little daughter eating ants. I quickly reassured her that the ants are not harmful and there would be no need to bring her daughter into the hospital.
She calmed down, and at the end of the conversation happened to mention that she gave her daughter some ant poison to eat in order to kill the ants. I told her that she better bring her daughter into the Emergency room right away.
You tell me… With people like this in the world, is there really a God? Everyday I go to work and answer questions from idiots, then I come home to answer some more.
If you choose to live your life believing in God (or some other transcendental entity) you get to live with the satisfaction that you are right and everybody else is wrong. Isn’t this enough? I mean can’t you still have enough courtesy to keep it to yourself.
Religion is what people cling to in order to rationalize their problems or explain their life. More people have died for religion than have died ANY other way. It’s all just a control system used to manipulate people and then make them feel guilty if they start to doubt it (or even if they don’t).

Well first you have to make sure you songs don’t suck. As far as you know they are fantastical, however you only know what family and friends have told you. So what you do is first test your songs with a nonpartisan crowd. This will require the internet. Easy enough, just record a YouTube video and read the 7 pages of comments.
Next you simply have to pick an artist and find a way to contact them. Rock Stars aren’t as difficult to talk to as you think. I have had actual email conversations with Kathy Fisher (Fisher the Band) and Rhys Fulber (Conjure One) simply because I was blown away by their music and sent them an email telling them that. After that both of them just happened to go to my website because the address was in my email signature and those were the only 2 artists I have tried to contact.
Also it’s fairly easy to talk to people after their concerts. I have had many conversations with opening bands while the other band is playing. Hell, one of them had a hot girl in it that kissed me. Just because they are not the main act doesn’t mean they aren’t going to be someday.
