The people with the fastest speeds get priority to seed which is great for downloaders but sucks for people trying to improve their ratio. To improve your ratio you need to upload, and since everybody has already uploaded everything you need to upload them in FLAC's instead (yes, i know they are a huge waste of time, and space but people will download them because they think t hey are audiophiles).
