1) It's easy, 1 question as the subject line (unless it's a long question and then I have NO problem with you posting the question in more detail inside of the message body) and as many answers as people feel like giving.

2) Make your answers GOOD and well thought out. It doesn't have to be long, just NOT sucky.

3) DON'T ASK SITE RELATED QUESTIONS HERE, there are multiple forums for a reason... asks questions about Sega in the Sega section etc...
