Slamming Doors / Hottub Covers
Monday, June 13th, 2005 | Uncategorized
So a lot of people have this stupid pet peeve. Obviously you can tell what I think about it already by the fact that I am calling it stupid. All my life I have heard people saying “don’t slam the door”.
Well blah blah blah, who CARES. Have you ever slammed a car door so hard that it broke off? If you have than you are either a bitchin’ super hero or else you are driving an absolute piece of shit car!
Lets be fair, there’s got to be something that slamming the door will do…. Will it dent the car? No… Will it fuck up the paint? No… Well I don’t know.
At any rate I am now hearing a new one. “Don’t slam the hottub cover”
Ok besides the fact that I am not slamming it. I am not sure if it even can be slammed. The thing is just a giant shock absorber anyways. Since my roomate was having such a fit one day about it because of his oversensitive hearing and need to cause problems for me. I said I would pay for it if it broke.
So that should be the end of it, but it’s not. I think the man just needs to get laid. I mean he needs it at least 10 times more than I do, and that’s really saying something…
