All I want to do is nothing

So today is Christmas. My sister last night had asked me to call her to go see a movie today, but I don’t want to. That would take effort. So I decided the best course of action would be not to take any action at all.

To do this actually requires some skill, I mean you have to let your body control when you absolutly must move to go to the bathroom and grab junk food from the kitchen. Seeing as how Paul must of had a similar idea today he was sitting in the living room all day. That meant that for me to do nothing I must stay in my own room.

I quickly found a way to keep me occupied all day. I wached an anime series that I was about halfway through. It’s calld Twelve Kingdoms. It’s actually pretty good, except they do a couple things I don’t like.

1) They divide it into story sections and everytime a few episodes have passed they make an “interlude” between the end of that story and the start of the new one. More specifically there are several clip episodes, and clip episodes are stupid. I have never met anybody who liked them.

I mean I suppose if you are watching this over a 2 year period where you are waiting for new episodes to appear, then yes that might require a recap, but in todays world, people who want to watch an anime series need to nothing more than download it and watch it at your leisure. The nifty thing is that with most anime it’s legal since fansubed anime doesn’t violate Japanese © laws!

2) The series didn’t actually end, and NEVER will. The person who illustrates it got sick and never finished it and the company just stopped making it. I mean it’s a very common style, no offense to the guy who draws it but there are thousands of people in Japan who could of drawn it.

Other than sitting and watching non-stop episodes of that the only other thing my body forced me to do was use the hottub. I was going to winterize my website, but I decided it was already to late in the month for it.
