Was this just a creative way of saying you’re very cold but the hottub’s too scuzzy to use?

How do you clean a hot-tub anyway? Do you empty it and shoot it with a water hose like a little muddy circus elephant? Do you just scrub it with a sponge? Maybe you just toss in some big alka seltzer tablet and let the bubbles do the work? Hmmmm, now I’m curious.
