I love dreaming. As Joe Rogan theorizes we go to sleep and our mind fills up with heavy doses of DMT from the Pineal gland and we spend hours tripping. This would explain why dreams make perfect sense until we look back at them.

In our dreams we are transported to another dimension which while we are unconscious makes perfect sense to us since we just see it and we don’t try to interpret it.

Anyways I remembered my dream again last night, so I thought I would share.

So I was leading a group of people to some magical place to go snowboarding… There was snow inside the rooms and each room was giant. I had been describing to people how great the mattresses were for sliding over and doing tricks on. However soon people started to get upset because they had replaced the icy mattresses with pillow-tops so you could no longer just slide off them.

I wasn’t too concerned and I reassured everybody that our rooms were near the best hills. However people soon came back to me bitching that there were no other hills. I was sure there were hills nearby so I set out to explore myself. Directly next to the hotel rooms for a little ways I found these amazingly beautiful streams and mountains with the sun shining and a cool breeze blowing. So initially I thought, well maybe everybody was right and the hills were gone. However I do not like to give up so I walked a bit further I found some huge trees and next to them there were snowy hills and paths.

So I was happy and went to tell everybody else of their location but when I got back I was immediately told I had to turn in our gear and leave. I seemed to just accept this though I felt rushed and as I turned in my gear I was 1 minute late and so the place charge me $25 extra dollars. To which I was upset and went in a back room to talk to the manager about.

I cannot recall the resolution, in normal reality I would have talked him into removing the fee but now the only thought I had was that if it was $25 extra to be late, then I should have spent a few hours extra before turning in my gear.

Over the last hour or so I wrote up ideas for my revolutionary new social network. Now I would like to know what you would like to see on a site. Any of you who have talked to me at any length know that I will teach you anything you want to know, though I mostly focus on how you can teach yourself. So though the new site will function similar to profile sites like Facebook and MySpace, it’s primary goal will be to help people to learn and grow and improve their own lives.

You can break it down any way you want so if you visit a certain site now that has something that works really well or something that you know how it could work better and it could be good please write it down.

I plan to make this site integrate all the other big sites so that it is using the tools created by the other sites instead of trying to compete against them. So knowing your favorite sites and the aspects of them that you like will be very beneficial.

I am very devoted to this project and plan to get investors to help me hire staff and people to help me create this site. I will be hiring programmers, article writers, promoters and whatever else I deem needed.

Understand though, that I do not want a sloppy badly coded site like MySpace, I want a site that people will want to go on and contribute to, one that they will be proud to display their profiles on.

Anyways, now is your chance to get in on the ground floor of the ultimate website. You guys know I can build it (especially if I am getting paid), so just tell me what you want it to be!!!

So I have been struggling to get a “staff” on thesmartass. I have this big plan written up on how I can turn this site into a social network. Thing is my plan is written up to be a “shady version of facebook”, since a lot of my content is legal but very “gray area” legal. My plan further included making members only section with a bittorrent tracker and porn. I mean I want to make a webpage with everything that everybody actually wants on it.

The catch is I am already working on 7 different projects for the site and my focus is so split that I can’t do it alone, and I can’t afford to keep running this website at a loss and spending most of my time on it. Figured if I had a staff it would be easy to make this site succeed and eventually profit since I pretty much own the word smartass (or smart ass, thesmartass etc..). However I am running low on funds and time to get this to work. So I need investors who can see my vision.

I thought about it and no matter how it works out getting money for a website called thesmartass would be difficult, but getting money for thesmartass based on plans to further develop it’s gray area content in the hopes to make profit would be a very hard task indeed.

When I started this site I really was a smartass, and had an answer for everything. As I have grown I have become less sarcastic and more focused on helping people to learn.

So I have rethought my approach. I will make a social network, but with a better goal of creating a site to help people to learn how to do everything as effectively as possible. You can learn anything on the internet now but you just find so much garbage. So I figure if I make a site where people can post educational books, videos, tools etc and the members can vote on what is the most effective and what sucks.

I will also be developing “apps” for the site like the one I was currently making for this site (Tripnosis) which will be a dreamachine that helps people to focus, meditate and explore higher states of consciousness. Anyways a lot of good stuff coming from me if I can get somebody to invest in me working on a website all day for a living. I will not abandon this site and it will become an affiliate with my other site which will probably make it become an even more fantastic version of what it already is. For now the development will be a little bit slower for the moment. I will keep you posted on both this site and my new site gr0wth.com!
