To answer my own question I need to first figure out where the fuck the mosquitoes are coming from. I live in AZ and there is no grass or a pool here. So no water, no mosquitoes… so now I am even more confused.

Ok so next, why the elbow? I mean not just one but both elbows! Ok well the skin is thinner there, and I do have damn sexy elbows… but then again, I am a computer guy, I’m always sitting and have my elbows on a recliner.

Ok perhaps it happened while I was sleeping. I mean I open my windows when I go to bed and there is a screen but maybe they squeeze through. I mean they are little satan spawns after all.

I guess they might avoid my face since I currently have a full beard and that would be a pain in the ass to navigate through.

Conclusion: From the ideas here I have surmised that they are hiding in a dark corner of hell however they are still too big for my screen so they go in through the doggie door with the dog that is always going in and out. Then they come and sting me all over everywhere (though they still prefer my sexy elbows) and I just have enough self control to not scratch it except my elbows because I still don’t scratch that but rather I am either moving my arms/elbows or sitting in a recliner where my elbows are rubbing against arm of chair, since I rarely stay in one position for long.

What have I learned: Nothing, I still hate mosquitoes and am annoyed that they found some place to spawn here since I was quite happy to be bug free.

My Roommate is an Asshole

So I have been drinking my special alcohol tonight. Also talked to a couple friends I haven’t talked to in awhile so I was in a REALLY GOOD MOOD… Then I went inside after talking on the phone. I had to be outside since I have no cell reception inside. So probably an hour and a half later I go back inside and my roommate is watching some downloaded rally race (note that he is using my projection TV to do this). I don’t give a shit because I am in a good mood, so I go and pour myself another ethereal (special drink) and go back to my computer. I start working on something on one of the monitors and resume an anime episode that I was watching when I took a phone call on the other monitor. No big deal right? Wrong…. My roommate SPAZES out. I mean he flipped out that I was being totally rude because he was watching something. Clearly he is still watching something and I did not interrupt him at all, however because my audio (which even when I first started) was much quieter than his and was in Japanese it shouldn’t be any distraction from his program.

At the old house he watched TV loudly in one room while I was in another room, but I never said shit… If he wasn’t watching TV he was in his room with his door open playing music, but I didn’t care…. Why? Because though I could clearly hear the words it was not a distraction from what I was doing.

Well apparently my NOT LOUD Japanese anime is extremely distracting to him so much that he wants me to take my big ass computer to my room (not possible) to watch it. Well I laugh and say whatever and keep watching my show and was nice enough to turn it down even more… Well he cranks the volume up about 25 decibels more (not an exaggeration). I say, hey… ASSHOLE… this is a towhouse, we have neighbors on both sides of the wall… he continues to spaz and so long as I am watching my anime he will keep the volume spiked so loud that there is no way to hear the anime.

Well while I was writing this I got saved again by my sister calling… so I paused it again and made a statement loudly to the effect that I needed to go outside because my asshole roommate refused to turn the volume down and that by going outside our neighbor’s would appreciate it since we would clearly be disturbing them as is.

I went outside and talked to my sister until my battery died since I had been using it so much today and hadn’t charged it yesterday… I came back inside finally to see that he had turned off all the entertainment equipment except (my) tv which was outputting a blue screen and spitting out lots of heat.

Instead of having the stereo blasting his rally program he was blasting music in his bedroom upstairs… whatever it’s a bit more muffled… till now when he opened the door to yell “FIX YOU FUCKING ROUTER”, to which i tested and it was working perfectly fine and I can browse the net even if his shitty wifi card can’t… sorry, nothing I can do…

Why do I need to be blessed with such a piece of shit roommate? He cooks right? People who cook share their food right? One person cooks the other does dishes… nope… rob cooks for rob, and he cooks enough for 5 people but then saves it for left overs and freaks out if I ask nicely to have some. I can only have food when I buy the ingredients.

I used to be friends with this dude… I mean we have the same IQ, both are good with smart / technical things… and overall at the previous house, though we had our moments of annoyance, we got along fine. With this new place and a fucking year lease (haven’t had one of those in 7-8 years) he feels entitled to be an asshole.

It’s total crap because I am in a good mood most of the time until he either puts me down or freaks out about something. The programs we watch are downloaded on my system, the internet we have is because of me, the cable modem is mine, the router is mine, the tv is mine, the pc that outputs to the tv, which outputs to an entire huge ass wall is mine, the reason he has cable tv instead of just internet is because of me and my shall we say skills… Yet he can’t take a very quiet video playing on my pc.

Ya know what asshole, you can eat a dick… You have ruined my good mood one to many times and I do not feel like dealing with it right now, if there were no lease I would leave tomorrow.

To think, I actually miss living with Paul… Paul watched tv all the time and didn’t like parties that much, but he wasn’t an asshole and he understood what a compromise was.

Working on making site more interactive

Right now I am working on adding some new features to the site that should help make the page more interactive. I expect to launch this tonight and then next week I will have a couple days off work where I should be able to make a broken link reporter.

Also I am currently getting a bunch of extra traffic from Peru due to some weird file that got emailed to people… Not sure what it says but there seems to be a lot of happy Peruvian people sending me emails. They are probably a lot happier to go to my main page where I am directing them than to download whatever the exe file they were pointed to before was since i can only assume it is some sort of spyware or something.

Will fix the broken anime links tonight… (updated)

Yes yes, make a broken link reporter soon… Once I do create that it will still be a time consuming job updating links on anime series if I keep adding new series.

Is there anybody who wants to help me maintain this? I mean everything on this site was made by me, but it’s too bloody big to keep it that way so once I automate this I will need a moderator to update dead links and I may be posting a Help Wanted Ad. First I will make the broken link reporter, and then I will try to automate my submission (can you believe that I add ALL the video links by manually editing the code everyday?).

See I love my theater page however it is taking WAY WAY WAY TOO much time and I am not working on any of the other areas of the site like the tutorials etc.. If I can cut down the time on the theater then everything else can be improved again.

Update: Since I didn’t mention it then, I fixed all the anime links last night. That’s not to say that no new ones will go down, but they all worked as of last night.

Had to remove Berserk (my favorite) and Samurai Champloo since there were too many broken links to bother looking to repair it… I also totally replaced Elfen Lied with a DivX Copy of the show.
