So I am moving on the 15th of next month. I didn’t really want to move due to the fact that I get along with my roommate really well, but we live way east of where I need to be. I travel all over the valley for my job, and I am really far east to be going to the west side etc… I have told him to move out, but at this point it’s just too soon for him to leave.

I wasn’t looking for a place to move but my friend Rob found one. I would tell you how nearly too good to be true this is, but instead I will just say it’s a house that has got a pool, in a really rich neighborhood, central valley, and can do whatever I want in the house, and only….. $350/mo flat….. So yeah, that kicks ass. There are a bunch of other ++++ to it, but those are the big ones for me.

I move on the 15th so that’s about 3 weeks.

The Good I got the day off today! I mean it just kind of worked out that way since there was only one call and the other guy was closer, but hey… I’ll gladly take it! Also…. My hair has grown back! WooHoo!

The Bad My terabyte that I paid over 1000 smackers for a little over a year ago is offifically dead. 3 of the 4 drives will now reside in a garbage dump, and the 4th (which is also telling me to expect a crash when I ran diagnostics) will be inside my playstation 2. I was lucky to be able to do data recovery from this to my new 750 gig hard drive and salvaged 568 gigs. Not everything, but enough to keep me from freaking out. Remember kids, Maxtor is evil, so make sure before you spend a bunch of money for a terabyte that it is not just 4 maxtor drives shoved inside a box.

The German Since I don’t have cable or satellite to watch random tv off of anymore I decided to download all 3 Beverly Hills Cop movies and watch them. Well, I downloaded all 3 of them only to discover that the actual audio of them is in german. Yes, I have never seen a black man jiving in german until now.
